About Us

Renaissance Communication Systems, Inc. (RCS) is a Security and Communication Systems Integrator specializing in custom solutions for our customers. Established in 2000, RCS has hundreds of satisfied customers. We provide a variety of systems for the safety and security of our customers, their staff, facilities and assets. School Intercom and Clock, Addressable Paging, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Audio Broadcast Alert, Security Alarm, and Fire Alarm systems are integrated to work together for the economic and operational efficiencies of customer needs.

Our Focus

Our focus is on customer service. We have several service professionals ready to be dispatched to customer locations for support and repairs. RCS performs close to 1000 repairs and updates for our customers annually. Our dedicated service department prides itself with technical knowledge, professionalism and efficient response times.

Stock Specialized In Supporting K-12

We maintain a stock of all required equipment components and materials necessary for emergency repairs of systems we install and maintain. While we have worked with a variety of customer segments, our core customer base is with K-12 school facilities. Our customers demand the utmost professionalism and expertise. On average our customers partner with us for long-term planning and implementation of communication and security solutions. For example, our very first customer from 2000 recently added a full security upgrade in 2006 with additions in 2007, 2008, 2015, 2018 and 2019.
